Trying to start a band

I'm looking to start a band Im 24 and I play guitar. I want to start a hard rock type of band and i want to do original stuff not covers. I have a lot of stuff already written. Im looking for some one around my age I guess. And I would like to find serious musicians serious about music and really want to spend their life doing it and want to make a living doung it.
