Epiphone dealers??

My kid has his heart set on an Epiphone Goth Thunderbird Bass for his birthday, but like lots of kids, He is judging only by the looks. Is there a place in the Altoona, St. College, Lewistown area that we can wrap our fingers around one before shelling out $$? I have heard that they made the neck thicker on the goth model, and that could be a roadblock as he has done all of his playing up til now on relatively thin necked basses.

When I was looking for an SG Junior, the only two places that I found that were within a reasonable driving distance were Rainbow Music in State College, and Guitar Center in Monroeville.

Most Gibson dealers also carry Epiphone. (Most) You may want to check on that to be on the safe side. The only other place would be ebay of course...
