-Willingness to work on originals
-When performing be ready for your part when the next song is starting
-Be ready to start the next set with the rest of the band (obviously within reason)
-Able to keep pretty regular communication with the rest of the band during the week via text/email
Extra Credit

A little about us:
We are The Sitch, you can find us online at www.thesitchrocks.com or www.facebook.com/thesitchrocks. We play a large variety of music and originals... We are a very humble group, we are nice to each other and enjoy eachothers company. We are friends first... band second. Things come up, we work around them and move on, we avoid drama from the rest of the music scene and stay focused on our goals. We play damn good music and have a blast doing it.
We have a pretty busy schedule for the year already booked though we don't really intend to book many additional shows to what we have booked currently. Our current Lead is kind enough to stick with us until we find the right fit for our group, we don't want to hold him up too long obviously but we do have some time to meet with potential musicians and make the right choice for us. We will miss Greg but he is facing some time constraints and just isn't able to keep going at this point.
