We Came From Space is a new rock band with many many influences. Members are from DuBois, Clarion, Punxsutawney and Pittsburgh. Link to the first single below.

These guys were on the "Homegrown Rocker" early last month, and I dig these tunes! Clever mix of styles; you can't pigeonhole what exactly they do, but it all sounds good!

I'd have to disagree with you there, Jim. That song sounds so much like Yes, it's crazy. They are very good, though. I'm amazed anyone around here is even doing originals like this at all. I like it.

Definitely a Yes influence. I really like it. Pretty strong songwriting and a nice arrangement. I like the artwork and titles as well.

This song reminds me of Canadian progressive rock band Zon. Pretty cool stuff guys!

Really digging the Zon album. Believe me, there are more things on the We Came From Space album that will continue to remind you of them. I would have worn the grooves off of that album back in the day!!

Very cool, this is actually more reminiscent of the band Flash than Yes with the rocky/surf vibe, which is still a good thing. I am a huge fan of prog in that era and to take us back was an aural pleasure. As someone had commented this is not your typical music that is posted here and it was truly a pleasing departure from what normally is. Good job. I will have to check out the rest of the CD.

I listened to the song clips and I like the diversity and the songs are really good.

Some of them also remind me of Starcastle.
