A good b3/Leslie and piano sound is pretty much all you need.
You need to know how to play at a relatively high level, solos, being able to comp, take someone else's song and make it your own along with contributing to the writing of the original material.
Professional attitude wanted but check your ego at the door.
No doper's or heavy drinkers needed. We don't care if you have a couple of cold ones but if you want to get drunk and play we will save you the drive.
