I have a mutual acquaintance with her... it seems she had always had some serious mental issues, and never turned down whatever drug she was offered.
She sort of represented everything bad about country music to me... came to Nashtown as a karaoke queen, and because she was very attractive, they gave her a contract. A few really bad singles go by, and her looks faded quickly, and out she goes, just like they do for everyone else. I feel bad for the kids, they never had a chance.

I agree, Johnny. She was a train wreck waiting to happen. It is a shame that she never got the proper treatment for her issues.

Thats something most country artists face there is alot of here today gone tomorrow in modern country. As long as ya make a little bling being a one hit wonder wouldn't be so bad, take your piece of fame fill up a bank account and move on with life. I'd take it.
As far as Mindy Goes it is a shame noone was able to help her, happens to alot of people but ya just don't hear about it. I'm quite the opposite, if things ever get that bad you won't hear of me commiting suicide you'll read about me trying to pull off the biggest bank heist in history as a last ditch effort, lol. If it fails I'll have 3 meals a day and free cable TV. Just hope I don't bunk with Bubba.
