Scotts bass lessons are great, make sure you look up his one on pentatonics, its great. Stu hamm also has great stuff on trufire.com, most of that you can find on yahoo. Also take advantage of the talkbass.com general instruction forums. Its proved invaluable to me, great, vast amounts of knowledge. A few things i learned the hard way, practice your scales etc to a metronome, and if youre finger playing, do your best to strictly alternate fingers. Im not sure if thats the right advice for you, but it helped me a ton when i needed it.
