Allen & Heath SR-424 Mixing Board - SOLD

Post by Zupe »

I need to make some room in my house! This is a GREAT board and I would hate to have to dismantle it for parts.

$200.00

24 Channels

4 Groups (Post Fader)

Stereo and Mono Outputs

4 Band British EQ (8kHz, 3.5kHz, 250Hz, 80Hz)

Source material at Allen & Heath's website: http://www.allen-heath.com/uk/products/ ... &SubCatId=

This is a GREAT sounding board! I used this in my studio for a lot of years despite it's roadworthy intentions. I promise it's been well cared for.

Known issues:

Channel 17 Phantom Power is intermittent. Non-powered mics work fine in this channel. Also - The Aux A and Aux B master knobs are not the originals.

Other than that, this is a fine old board. BUT WAIT ... It also comes with a road case AND user manual AND schematics!

I have this same console, folks, and it's a true classic. The secret is it's British EQ section... really hard to beat, especially today. Plus it's a bona-fide road-dog, tough as nails. You WILL NOT get a better mixer, and the price being asked is pretty much insane.

So now I'm insane! :)

Really ... anyone here that knows me knows I take incredible care of my gear. I'm not pulling a fast one here.

Thanks for the plug, Songsmith.
