We played there last night and had a great time. We didn't have a big crowd, but still had a blast (thanks, Al!) The owners and staff were very gracious to us. The acoustics were great. This could be a wonderful venue if given the chance-and another steady room for bands to play. We will definitely be back.
interested
how long of a set are they looking for? we're still writing/recording a new EP right now but we'll have a 30min set ready by the beginning of october. acoustic blues/soul. def a country sound. email contact is best so we don't lose info. wtsmts@gmail.com

Kudos to Big Al and Eldolyn Terrace for giving bands a place to "PAY THEIR DUES". Thank you Greg, Phil, and Chuck for supporting local musicians, no matter what level they are at. We are loosing more and more venues, be it from a shit economy, "no support", or jealous individuals leaving anonymous emails to the PLCB about noise. I will continue to support live, local music as much as I can. There is so much talent in this and surrounding areas, that one just doesn't have the time to see it all in a few months. I usually don't respond to banter such as this, but I refuse to let any scene that is left here to diminish. Most bar owners in the area are doing what they can to survive the times, and quite a few are trying like hell to recreate a scene. Lets not cheapen what they are trying to do, by bashing each other on a public forum. Lets set an example for the younger generation, and for ourselves.
I just wanna say thank you to the Eldolyn Terrace for having the guts to stay open as a music venue, being a musician in a new band it is really nice to know that some venues are willing to give us "newbies" a chance. I agree with StumbleFingers, that if venues aren't willing to give people like us a chance how do we gain a following? And if you guys did the "new band night" where you had bands play for an hour, I would totally be down with that. I have a lot of fun playing music and when it stops being a joy and i quit having fun well then I quit playing. But I don't see that happening anytime soon

Thanks’ to all for your support, having a place for newbands or maybe just to tighten up your shows is not a bad thing. better than sitting home wishing you were out that night. How many bands even have a place to practice? I am so glad you guys see this. Having a new venue is rare, if people support this we all will benefit down the road. Thanks again every one
