I hate to be the latest reporter of death, but:

I always liked Ernest and his tough-guy roles. I think the roles I enjoyed the most were his appearances in The Poseidon Adventure and Escape from New York.

Another icon bites the dust. But he made it to 95, good long life.

RIP, McHale's Navy was one of my favorite shows as a kid.

I liked him in Convoy and Superfuzz as well. He was a great actor and will be missed. RIP :(
