Youtube ads

Post by floodcitybrass »

Serious.
Does every single video have to show an ad at the beginning of the video now?

I noticed that the most popular videos have the ads. Not so much for old metal, cause no one cares about that populous anyway. What's up with this healthcare reform, that's what I'd like to know.

I am noticing the ads as well. I don't mind it, as they have to make money some how. I saw something recently that said that Google is making hardly any money from Youtube, so I am glad to watch an ad or two before the video starts.

The ads are definitely annoying, but they are a necessary evil in order to keep something that is as bandwidth hungry as YouTube free.
"He's the electric horseman, you better back off!" - old sKool making a reference to the culturally relevant 1979 film.

I love to hook the laptop up to the Roland kit and play away with anything i feel like that given day. Some adds have catchy jingle's that ill play along with too! haha!

I am always amazed that many times I will think of a rare or old song or an old TV show, movie, or video and I find them on You Tube. I can't get over that somebody has lots of these things somehow and I wonder where they got them. I'm just glad that they post them.

lol...are you a Louis CK fan? that sounds like something he'd say.
Honestly, its a random thing. I get them once in a while but not so much that its been a nuisance...come to think of it, I haven't gotten one in a few weeks now. Youtube needs help supporting their site and we all have to be slightly inconvenienced for 30 seconds once in a while to take advantage of their completely free service...darn, how can we live with that.
