happy to be back on rock page

Post by beatlemaniac »

hi guys i left rock page for a few months. im happy to be back now that we stopped posting the politcal stuff and other subjects that don't apply to music, like recently deceased rodney said cant we all just get along. i have all the respect for anyone who even tries to play or sing . let that be our focus here. thanks for coming to see our shows and you all know i try to get out to see as many of you as i can. all are welcome 4th of july at glendale lake to jam with us to raise money for our small town library. just let me know you want to take part and we will work you in thanks jerry oh some of my band from 1968 is coming should be fun

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: You are the king of shamless self-promotion.

I've learned that sometimes you gotta toot your own horn because nobody else is gonna do it for ya.

yes bassist that's just a part of this music business that is necessary and i think we are all ok with that. i guess if we all didn't want to promote we wouldn't even be on rack page especially the show schedule. you are right also that no one else is going to do it for you. there is still that competitive nature of being an artist. you wouldn't think that with artists usually being the nicest people but we are all human. ha ha just look at how crazy our kind gets on subjects like politics and evn sports.
