It's my first attempt (about 20 hours trying to learn how to make dreamweaver work). Take it easy on me, I'm just a musician (and unemployed computer network engineer), not a website designer.

Hey John,
On the bio page, you could really speed up the page loading time by resizing the images to the size you want them to be. Even though the pics are sized by the html code to around 100x100, the source images are huge (around 2000x2000
).
Before someone can see the whole page, they have to download the entire 2000x2000 pic, then their browser resizes it to 100x100.
If the pics were resized to 100x100 before hand, the page would load ~400 times faster.
You may not notice this because the images are cached on your system, but for first time visitors the bio page takes a few minutes to fully load.
The same applies to the individual bio pages, where the images are 200x200. It would require two sets of images, a set for the main page then an additional image for each individual bio page.
If you need any help doing this, just let me know.

I think the site looks great!!! It is a little "wide" for my monitor - but otherwise I really like it! Easy to navigate and there is some great info on there!! NICE JOB!!
