Hardwood Flooring expertise please.....

I have purchased about 400 sq ft of bamboo flooring for my house, I am aware of an acremation period of 5-6 days now my question is... Do all these planks need to be taken out so they can get use to my house or can i just split the boxes open and keep them stacked like they are in the box and remove the plastic. Its really hard to lay this much flooring out to accommodate the atmosphere in the house especially if your still living in the house.

Remove them from the box and any plastic seal and cross-stack them to let air flow around them.
