Paul Gilbert is 12.

Steve Vai, Buckethead, Petrucci and Malmsteen ...did not win.

I am surprised that Malmasteen didn't win. Speed means nothing to me though. I like the smooth calm playing. Playing like Yngwie is just showing off. That is why I always say that Satch is a better guitar player than Malmsteen.

They do have some good players on that list. That is for sure.

Just imagine if Django had all the use of his fingers. Great to see cousin Danny on the list. Don't know a lot of the artists. I'll have to search and see..

I'm surprised Chet Atkins and Bonamassa didn't make it. This Buckethead dude, does anyone know who he is? He could be represented twice for all we know.
