Every day should be jazz day.

I know there are Rockpagers that won't listen to jazz. I'm not a metal fan but I can thoroughly enjoy it when it's done well. There is some incredible talent involved in metal both national acts and local acts.

If you immerse yourself in jazz you'll begin to find that jazz is as diverse as Rock with many styles. It's not all long jams and leads. And I would suggest that if you did get into jazz you would find many things in it that will translate (directly and indirectly) to your rock endeavors. Well worth the effort...
