Metal Fabrication and Welding

I was wondering if anyone knew anyone that does some metal fabrication and welding. I need some work done on the liftgate of our truck.

what exactly do you need done. i can do a little as far as cut and weld goes. dont really have the time right now if its major.

I need the square tubing replaced on the lift gate. Look at red arrows. I think its 2" square tubing.

Sorry - I don't have tubing. I don't know where to get it.
This kind of stuff is outside my comfort zone.
