I am friendly too, and I hate violence. I also feel like I have to protect people from others. That usually means stepping in the middle of violence and trying to restore order. It makes me angry when people act stupid, so that fires up the madnessmotor and I no longer hate violence as much.
I know that on a good fri or sat night, there could be 20 guns in the place. Luckily, there havent been any shootings, but in today's society its a possibility.
Usually people run into other people they dont like , or were looking for. I watch everyone like a hawk, so I see when probs are starting, Im on top of it. I focus on body language and watch mouths. Typically theres alot of bs words that are exchanged first before anything happens. I head right over and defuse the issue with the "Not In Here" speech.

Having rap music soundtracking the night doesnt help the situation. Thats constantly pumping the thug-mentality into everyone's ears the whole time. Too bad its popular music.
