The guy is trying to get a contract extension, and much like any job interview, you want your employer to think "I am the BEST man for the job". So even if a lot of what he said wasn't taken out of context, or edited to highlight the "arrogant responses", he is telling the GM..."I'm the best man for the job". And it's really hard to argue that statement since Baltimore is always a playoff contender, since they drafted the guy!! And was one Lee Evans drop in the endzone away from playing in the Super Bowl.
