Looking for an Acoustic Electric

I'm looking for an acoustic electric.....preferably not an ovation(don't like the rounded backs) I'm also on a budget so I'm not looking to spend hundreds of dollars....hoping to find a decent cheaper one if anyone has one they would like to get rid of.

I have a yamaha APX900 with a nice Gator case in excellent condition for $400
til they pry this ol' git fiddle from my cold dead hands

My son just got a Fender at Guitar Center for $300.00. Sounds real nice.
