finally got to see Sunset Strip

Went to see Sunset Strip at Magoos in Cresson on Saturday night.....WOW!! What a great bunch of guys and musicians. I knew Tom from over at the Emporium, but when I introduced myself to the rest of the band they made me feel like I had been a friend for years. The band was tight and had an awesome sound. Lee, you're one lucky SOB, you got the gig I would have loved to have. Unfortunately, I had to leave in the middle of the second set due to a minor work related injury (smacked my ear off a car door earlier, I scratched it, and it started to bleed and wouldnt stop). If you have never seen these guys......GO!!!!! It will be one of the best shows you will see. Keep rockin' guys, hopefully be out to see you again soon.

dude you are far too kind. thank you for all the kind words. it was good to finally meet you. i did notice you did leave kinda quickly. i hope your ear get better and i hope you do come out again to see us. we'll get you up to jam with us. we are gonna be learning some new tunes for the new yaer, any suggestions? we talked about a few dokken tunes.

I love the Sunset Strip boys too! Wish I could see them more often than I get to. Booter, Scott, Alan and Tommy are so nice, and they have the 80's metal down to a T! Every time I see them they treat me like a long lost friend, and it's always a kick ass, fun time! (Metal horns up for Chuck too!)

Anyone one who drives up notrh to BFE to see us play is awesome in my book. i know it took us over 2 hours to get up there it must have taken you longer. Btw 3 new tunes added. more to come before end of year. completely redoing set list.
