Keith Dix from Chuck Blasko & The Vogues R.I.P.
All of the four "original" Vogues are still living but they are not all performing together and have two separate Vogues groups, one led by Chuck Blasko and one led by Hugh Geyer. I spoke to Chuck Blasko, one of the original members, yesterday and he told me about Keith. Chuck lives close by too in Greensburg. Very sad about Keith and he was young at 53 years old. Keith joined Chuck Blasko & The Vogues in the early 90s. I spoke to the other band members a few weeks ago and they are all saddened by Keith's sudden illness. The group got a new member from Pittsburgh to sing Keith's parts and they have been continuing on and performing with him since February.
We are losing way too many performers at a young age lately.
