Hi, so i'm trying to put a thread on here to see if i get any hits. I currently reside in the altoona area, am 23 years old, have a part time job and i'm a college student. I've been playing bass for almost 2 years now, I was in a band for about a year or so, but i left last august, because I was continuing my education. I like to play pretty much anything, except like cookie-monster style metal. I love old style metal such as black sabbath, dio, iron maiden, priest and the like, and I also enjoy the opposite side of the spectrum such as the allman brothers, skynard, the beatles and so on. I'm looking for a band, or possibly just a jam every now and then. Practice/gigs would have to be on the weekends, in the evening, but I have my work schedule 3 weeks in advance so there's some wiggle room. I unfortunately don't have practice space. I think that's about it. Thank you for your time.
