There's a nice article in today's Altoona Mirror about Tim Klock, who is heading to England and Scotland in a few days to compete in some chainsaw wood-carving tournaments.

Uncle Tim is a great guy. Good for him! A few bands have formed directly or indirectly from the Wednesday night jam sessions at his studio.

Thanks for the link, Jim! Tim is a great guy and a VERY talented carver; his work is amazing! He's been a booster of local music forever, as well. I'm sure many rockpagers visited his now legendary open mic nights at The Bar.
