Those home owner association folks seem pretty fascist to me. Who would ever want to belong to one?

That is sick and disgusting. It is right up there with that school in California telling a student that he couldn't wear a USA flag t-shirt. There are way too many America haters in this country.

Everyone of those rules get broken everyday. I also doubt the douche who told the student not to wear the t-shirt knows the rules for the flag.

Thanks for posting that, I never knew all those. I did know ones like not to let it hit the ground; and if you dispose of it, take it somewhere that will do it right.

Thats a good question. At what point can the homeowners association dictate what you can and cannot do on property that you own. I always thought they were a bit rediculous with rules such as "no fences" "no pools" "no planting trees or bushes or flowers" but if i was to buy a house in a housing development that had a homeowners association, youd bet your ass i wouldnt pay the fee, nore sould i adhere to their little housing code malarky and then id probably be forced to leave my own property. Its unfortunate.
