72' Tele Deluxe and others...

Post by RiversFox »

I literally bought two guitars in two days...(Not planned but now I have to get rid of one)

It's a 72' (re-issue) Telecaster Deluxe
Walnut
Double Humbuckers
Made (I believe) around 02-03.
Made in Mexico
Very good shape...the only thing I noticed is a slight crack on one of the tone nobs but it does not affect playability and is barely noticeable.

I like this guitar but I have a Goldtop coming and unfortunately my job security is up in the air...

The neck is a bit thicker than my other tele (52')
The Walnut body really gives this guitar a great sound.
I've read many reviews on this guitar before I bought it and they all said how beast this guitar is... I would have to agree but I have a 52' tele that has more sentimental value than this guitar...

I hate to part ways with it... I know I am going to kick myself but this economy blows.

The price is $650.
It comes with a RoadRunner hardshell (molded) case.

You can look it up on musiciansfriend for all the specs and pictures.
I am located in Altoona.

ALSO
My friend is selling (he has yet to get me the prices so I guess give me some offers to get to him)

a Crate GX-412S
4x12 100 RMS
50/side - 4 or 16 ohms mono
8 ohms stereo

AND, Digitech RP300

Thanks-

Had some offers ...

I will take $575 for the tele w/ case.
$525 (no case)

That's about as low as I can go.

Pricing is a bit more accurate if you look at Completed Auctions that actually ended with winning bids rather than current auctions without bids. It doesn't matter what other sellers are asking for their items if there's no bid.

The 'selling price' for these on eBay is apparently $450 for the walnut color:

I'm not choosing sides here- just trying to help.
