So, we're playing this gig tomorrow at a place that flooded a week ago and there's a bunch of rumors going around that our show "must be canceled because I heard from (insert name here) that they aren't having shows again until June".
Anyway, so I called the venue today just to check and the show is still on. I sent out a bunch of social media updates and put a post that pretty definitively, with some humor, explains that there is still going to be a show tomorrow at our website, www.goatropinbastards.com
Can any of you guys suggest anything else I should do short of running around downtown Harrisburg in a jock strap screaming that the show is still on?

Social media updates are probably your best bet, so you probably have your bases covered considering the amount of time you have.
Honestly, it astounds me how much the rumor mill can get going even on just the local and regional level with music.
