Mama Corn @ Delfest.

We made the cut at the Delfest band competition! I'm pretty psyched, we might get to hobknob with Warren Haynes, Chris Robinson, Yonder Mt. Stringband, Infamous Stringdusters, Trampled by Turtles, Railroad Earth, Punch Bros., and even some bluegrass guys like Del McCoury, Dailey & Vincent, and Jesse McReynolds. If we win, we get some $$, a 1/2 hour showcase on the mainstage, and a paid slot next year.
Obviously, it's a band contest, and we all know how those sometimes go, but I'm just proud to even get picked to compete. There are MANY contacts to be made there. Our record will be out by then, as well, and bookings are just popping all over PA.
Today's a good day to be in Mama Corn.

That's great!! Are they still having Delfest in Cumberland?? I know there had been some issues last year with a liquor license, I wasn't sure if that had been straightened out.

It is in Cumberland. I haven't been there yet, but I hear it's nice. Thanks for all the kind words.
