drummer needed for playing snare

Post by MONGO »

our band "the front porch band" is in need of a drummer.
preferrably with singing abilities to play just a snare drum.
we play twice a month at old folks homes on sunday afternoons or monday mornings. when we do not play monday mornings we practice in tipton

we do not play for money.. we play to bring smiles to peoples faces that do not have it as fortunate as us. we use our God given gifts to please others.
this is a 4 piece band . with vocals. harmonica, bass, and guitar. we do not use a lot of equipment ..we keep it simple.
only a dedicated fun loving drummer need apply.

we are serious and focused.

we have played at these locations
vets home, valley view, bellemeade manor. epworth manor garvey manor, blair chalet, greaystone, colonial courtyard, tyrone concert in the park. we play old country, blues, and gospel such as

1. COUNTRY BLUES E
2. I AM A PILGRIM G
3. ON THE ROAD AGAIN E
4. FADED LOVE A STARTS E
5. HOW GREAT THOU ART C
6. KING OF THE ROAD C TO C#
7. I SAW THE LIGHT G TO A
8. TENNESSEE WALTZ B
9. COLUMBUS STOCKADE BLUES E
10. THE DANCE G
11. MANSION IN THE SKY C
12. DETOUR E
13. BLUE EYES E
14. HAVE I TOLD YOU LATELY C
15. AMAZING GRACE D/G
16. JUST BECAUSE C
17. GUITAR BOOGIE E
18. OLD RUGGED CROSS C
dont get around much anymore
