Bass Player WANTED

Post by shawnk_ent »

Does ANYONE know of any bass players in or near Huntingdon County? our ages are 30 to a little over 40. We have been practicing on fridays from 12pm to 4 or 5pm. We have just recently changed from Sunday practices. Some of the setlist includes Porn Star Dancing, Epic, Kick In The Teeth, Riot, Sorry, Hate My Life, My Michelle, Bodies, Nightmare, November Rain, Enter Sandman, Bad Religion, and Home Sweet Home. There is many many more! If the bass player is capable of learning songs on their own, they do not have to come to the practices every week if travel is a issue. We will work with them on travel issues. We have a enclosed band trailer for our full stage set-up of sound and lighting. We play atleast 2 times a month but usually no more then 3. We have a book to mark off dates not to schedule. We formed this band in Oct 2003 and have played over 400 shows. We have a very nice fan base and currently play from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. We have shows ready to be booked. If you look us up here on Rockpage, we are very happy that our fans have racked up ALOT of site hits and kept us in the monthly top 10 bands for a very long time! (I don't run our rockpage site and it is a little behind in updates, Sorry!) You can PM me or email me a message if you know of anyone who may be interested

You can check out the band myspace http://www.myspace.com/soundofsilencerocks

All these views and only 1 available known bass player??? Come on guys. Even if you just know a bass player is fine. Let them decide if this project is for them.
