Is Randy Moss an ass or what?

Any football fan would know about the jerk from the Minnesota Vikings.
I'm just curious how the rest of you think.
I for one have one thing to say "NO CLASS!"

he acted like he was mooning the fans after he scored, and rubbed his ass on the goal post which said packers on it. (maybe he's a fudge packer) I don't think it's a big deal...however he is an ass! It's a heated rivalry...at least he didn't pull a porter and start swinging! lol...but the steelers rock!
Reports are saying that Moss will likely get a $5,000 fine from the NFL for that antic. $5,000 is for Randy Moss what a nickel is for you or me.
On one hand, I'm not a fan of guys like Moss and T.O. doing those antics and "rubbing it in." On the other hand, though, there is a simple way for Green Bay to keep that from happening - keep Moss out of the end zone to begin with!

I agree Professor. I was rooting for the Pack and was very dissappointed when they lost. I watched Jimmy Johnson interview Moss and his attitude totaly sucks. Yes Moss is talented but Hines Ward outclasses and outplays him even when he is not in the game. I have no respect for players like Moss. He thinks he's better than everyone and he is just a punk with money.

Do you remember when the great controversy was pointing an index finger to the heavens to give credit to the creator who gave those boys the talent to score touch downs? (or runs in baseball or ...). Heaven forbid (pardon the pun) we give credit to an entity that deserves it, but doing the "who's da-man" chicken wiggle dance and flinging the foot ball is okay.
It's funny, honestly. Sometimes it seems the older we get the more we act like children...

When I watched the interview with Moss before the Packers games, it got me so pissed off that I was raving all about the house. However, if I were the coach, this is what I would do...
Randy Moss wants to abandon his team, then Randy Moss sits on the bench for the rest of the year without pay. Then, during the off season we might think of trading him to the first team who offers the least amount of money. --- That's fair.

His apparent story is that he does this to keep the team focused on him, thus making them not focus so much on everything else. It keeps them from getting uptight and keeps them playing loose. Personally I think it feeds his ego. He's a great player but an ass.
Although I see nothing wrong with TD celebrations in moderation. You work all year (most of your life too) to play these games, you score maybe 10 times a year on a good year, why not celebrate all the work? You've kind of earned it. Just be classy about it I would say.

If youth knew; if age could.
I don't mind the spike of excitment, or the pointing to the sky, or the kneeling and praying thing, high fives, or chest bumping but when the start to dance around, imitate birds, and make themselves look like an ass...::Blows whistle:: Flag!

::thinks:: I score once in a while...they could be considered touchdowns... there is much celebration (fireworks even!) when/after it happens...more than ten times a year....sometimes classy...sometimes not... I'm a great player...who has a great ass...so... with all the fuss over the plcb or bars shutting down or gigs being lame....we as a "music team" should just focus on me! That way when we get pissed off at the afformentioned suck-fest objects, we can think about me and all will be well again.Punkinhead wrote:His apparent story is that he does this to keep the team focused on him, thus making them not focus so much on everything else. Oh yeah, and if you include "Mistress" Esa, then you are sure to get field points.

I'm sorry, but I personally find the whole concept of dropping trou to be very, very funny. I would call it inappropriate had he done it at the Vatican, a Sweet Adelines concert, or even a Liberace performance, but an arse malfunction of that proportion in a football stadium where half the people are shirtless & drunk is humorous. It's not like his ass was bare!
The moral of this story is as follows: A mooning Moss gathers no laughs! heeheehee

You have to admit though, Hines version of the "Bird" was a beautiful slap in the face to T.O. and the whole city of Philly(who thought they would trample us then and still claim we were "lucky" that they had an off day). Penalty worthy or not, I'd give alot to see T.O. crushed like Deion Sanders got it when he got his eye socket shattered and got knocked out cold against Carolina in the playoffs about 5 years ago.DMFJ03 wrote:I don't mind the spike of excitment, or the pointing to the sky, or the kneeling and praying thing, high fives, or chest bumping but when the start to dance around, imitate birds, and make themselves look like an ass...::Blows whistle:: Flag!

Mooning at a Liberace performance would be appropriate,Banana Fandango wrote:I'm sorry, but I personally find the whole concept of dropping trou to be very, very funny. I would call it inappropriate had he done it at the Vatican, a Sweet Adelines concert, or even a Liberace performance...
because you would have to be in HELL.

... and then the wheel fell off.
Fair enough - I smiled from ear to ear.Punkinhead wrote:You have to admit though, Hines version of the "Bird" was a beautiful slap in the face to T.O. and the whole city of Philly(who thought they would trample us then and still claim we were "lucky" that they had an off day).
