Barney Miller was one of those classic shows. The hashish brownies episode should be seen by all.

Landesberg had a super dry delivery, and I often wondered why he was not on TV or movies more after the show ended.

Bummer. He was a funny dude. Saw him in Clarion years ago. Interesting fact: Most police say that the original Law and Order and Barney Miller are the two best examples of what it's actually like being a cop.
