Possessed is leaving RENNIS
I guess the rumors are out and I will confirm them. I have decided to leave Rennis. I put my heart and soul into this band for the last 4 years and have enjoyed playing with the band and for all of our fans. I have come to a point in my life where I need to concentrate more on my family and personal life. I love Bob, Steve and Darren like brothers and wish them all the best. I will keep in contact with the band and everyone else and I guarantee you all will be hearing about me again. I will be working on a new solo project and hopefully have something to release by the end of summer. My new approach will be to write and release original music. I have a backlog of about 20 or so songs and many ideas for new material. I have metal, rock, blues, and experimental music lined up for the project. When I release it I will be putting it in every jukebox in town, giving it to all the DJ’s, and also to all the radio stations so request to hear it and play it in the jukebox. I am still working on a name for the project but I do have a name for the album “The Fine Art of Chaos”. I think that sums up what the album will be like. I will soon have a website and I’m sure Rennis will have no problem putting a link to it on this site. I just want to make music that people enjoy and continue to be a part of the local music scene, just in a different way.
