Wiki Leaks what is their problem

Post by onetooloud »

They are to set loose more documents soon.

These leaks as some others they have leaked have not helped us to be veiwed in a good way in the worlds eye. We are involved in conficts it seems everwhere.

Do we really need some group of fools posting anything that might hinder us as a people.

Who are these unpatriotic fools? The damage control that has to be done as a result of wikileaks has to be huge.

What ever happened to " loose lips sink ships" ?

Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks, is from Australia so I'm not sure that he or his organization need to adhere to our ways of patriotism. What's wrong with the truth? It's probably not the truth that most want to hear...

If we don't look good in the world's eye, maybe we shouldn't be doing those things.

We have over 1200 military outposts in 130 countries around the world. Why? We cannot afford to be the world's police anymore, and should stop telling other countries how to do things.

That's why WikiLeaks has made the documents available on a torrent.

They're also encrypted, and would be unlocked in the event of his incarceration, disappearance or worse.

I'm against leaking info that kills soldiers. I think Wikilinks could be shut down quite easily, and I'm surprised that nobody has. Also, that kid who stole the secrets should be court-martialed for treason, and sent to the firing-squad.--->JMS

I feel bad for our troops who die every day for this shit headed country. Our government and most of the people running it are shit, some of our laws are shit, taxes are shit, health care is shit, price of gas is shit, lack of jobs are shit, pensions will soon be shit...shall I go on?! Everyone who voted for Obama thought he would change the country and now that he hasn't...most all of those voters dislike him...it's a continual cycle. We vote for the best liar and then we hate them when they don't come through. Know what...I do not vote. I've learned rather quickly about the evil cycle of lies. I want nothing to do with it. Every vote counts? No it doesn't...lets be honest. So, if some organization is leaking stuff about us..."leaking" being the key word...we're probably to blame in the first place. If something is leaked it's either bad or something we don't want others to know about. If we would mind our own damn business and do good for our OWN DAMN COUNTRY and look out for OUR OWN DAMN PEOPLE, we wouldn't be pissing off half of the world...and...we wouldn't have much to worry about. It's karma...if you do good, good comes your way. What good has our government done for OUR OWN COUNTRY? Everyone yells about having freedom...really? Our freedom is limited by what our government TELLS us we can do. Yes, we have it better than many other countries...but...we are by far the leaders like we used to be. For example...you pay cash for your property...then why do you have to pay taxes on that property for the rest of your life...it's mine right? I paid for it right? Don't like paying those taxes? Stop paying them...I have the freedom of choice right...WRONG! Hungry...shoot a deer...don't have a license...so what...shoot it anyway...WRONG. The basic little necessities in life...we have to pay some local organization or pay the big man. Sit back and really think about it...we don't have as many freedoms as you think. I don't smoke and really hate when people smoke indoors...but you know what...I think it's crap that our government has the authority to tell me if I can let someone smoke in MY establishment. That's for me to decide...that should be MY freedom of choice. Most of what I just said probably has zero to do with the Wikileaks. I just wanted to vent about my view of current events.
