I am an available guitarist

Post by notbuck »

Hi,

I am an available guitarist looking to join an established or semi-established group. I can learn songs quickly, but I also have the ability to improvise and can blend well into the soundscape. I’m interested in collaborative songwriting and understand creative give and take. I can play leads as they apply to the music, but I do not shred.

I have a strong rhythmic style gravitating toward rock and alternative, however like many musicians I am open to most styles of playing. I also have good backing vocal ability.

I hail from the Altoona/State College area have professional gear and several years of stage and recording experience.

If you’re looking for a solid guitarist with a good attitude I will stop by your practice space, and we can see how it goes.

PM me if interested,

Buck

Buck, it's about time you got on here.

I can vouch for this guy. If nothing else, a good time will be had.

Just an update here.

I've auditioned for a few groups and have rehearsed with one group twice now. Things sound really good and the third rehearsal will really tell the tale as to whether it's the one.

I was surprised by how many responses I got.

I always thought guitarists were a dime a dozen.

If only it was this easy to get a day job.
