have a early 1980 mesa mark ii b combo for 800
and a mesa triple rectifier for 1100

is the Mesa Triple Rec a two or three channel?

I think triple means 3 channel

triple is the amount of Rectifier tubes.

dual- 2 Rectifier tubes, 4 power
triple- 3 Rectifier tubes, 6 power tubes

i was wondering if it was the older 2 channel type (1999 and before) it would have 2 sets of knob channels, not three.

I understand now.. thanks for the info..... it has 3 channels. it is less than a year old.
