Watching this video is putting me in a Urban Cowboy mood ... I can remember the first time I heard it. I was in a toyota station wagon heading for florida with the family to visit my grandmother ...

One of my 80"s faves! It's the acoustic version, but music videos keep getting harder to find on Youtube due to copyright issues.

Did you know that Dan Seals was half of the 70s soft pop rock duo of England Dan & John Ford Coley and is the brother of Jim Seals of Seals & Crofts fame? Dan Seals went on to have an enormous career with a string of hit country songs in the 80s.

Here are some long lost gems featuring Michael Bolton (when he was still Michael Bolotin), Bruce Kulick who went on to play with Kiss and now Grand Funk Railroad, Jimmy Haslip of The Yellowjackets, and Sandy Gennaro (a well known studio and touring drummer). As hyped as this band was, it only lasted for a couple years and two albums.

yeah, he is also the uncle of Brady Seals from the country band "Little Texas" ...

Those other ones you posted there are pretty good. I never heard of the band blackjacks. I kinda like them. Bolton still made more money redoing other peoples songs, and Bruce Kulick is an awesome guitar player. I never knew he played on Boltons solo cd's as well. Now I want to listen to the kiss Revenge cd ... Hmm..

It appears that Kulick played with Billy Squire, The members of kiss on their respective solo cd's, Michael Bolton and Don Johnson ...

I know a hell of a lot more about music than you will ever know.

This is a thread about videos from the 80's , not videos from any decade. You not only know nothing about music, but you also do not know how to flipping read !

I never knew this big 1987 hit song by George Harrison was actually a cover song from the 60s. This video was very quirky and funny too.

George Harrison - Got My Mind Set On You

Here is the original version by James Ray from 1962.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuqGm6FwZgY

Shakin' Stevens did a cool version of it too.
