A new project with original music

Is ANYONE out there intrested in play original music of OUR creation with covers as a sideline just for the purpose of putting people in the room?!
I have a buch of music that is generating traffic/fans on a nice scale. All i need is to find musicians (sans EGO) to breathe life into the songs. I have NO intrest in being the leader, i just want to be part of a collective team with equal parts coming together for a common goal!
I understand that covers are necessary, but there just has to be someone out there writing songs that wants to play them live!
I to love to play covers, but i also have a strong desire to play music that is created with love and willingness to take a chance.
Why be afraid to fail,or is it succeed?!
Anyone want to take that chance? What do you really have to lose?!
I am influenced by Jane's Addiction and the Grateful Dead, as well as MANY others. I LOVE to jam, improv, and just play!! But, most importantly, i love to make music and see the faces of people who just enjoy music.
it can't be all about covers all the time. I do see the value, believe me. But I also see the magic of creation and joy the joy you get from it. Even the band we cover were writing their own tunes. Wouldn't it be great to be the band that someone else is covering?!!

This sounds interesting I like to do originals. I am more blues and rock but like all genres. I have written quite a bit of different music. I play harmonica and mainly am a vocalist.
