Looking for drummer and basist for new project

I'm currently looking to get in touch with a basist and drummer from around the altoona area to start an original rock/hard rock group. I'm 27 years old and play Rhythm guitar, and I havn't played with many others up to this point. I have my own equipment and am willing to travel around for the right people. I do not have a place to practice currently, so props to those who do and are willing to host practice. I'm looking for laid back musicians who wish to have fun more so than making money.
