altoona bass player needed

we are looking for a bass player in the altoona area. so far we have a two Guitar players and a drummer, vocals are shared by all. We play funk-reggae stuff, some Dispatch, John butler trio and sublime. We are looking to learn a handful of covers, get in the groove, then develop some original material. Once were tight, we are looking to play some shows this summer. We need someone who is willing to practice once a week, and is a clean tight player (no drugs please). We're still lookin guys, we've had some good prospects but haven't found anything concrete yet. This is a fun project and would be a good fit for some funkalicious bassman out there.

Well guys we found someone briefly, but that has unfortunately fallen through. So we are still looking for a qualified bass man. We have some paying gigs lined up over the next couple months, and have started to delve into original music. Good opportunity, good people and good music.
