This is its little brother. Still fuller & smoother than an SM58, but not quite up to the ND767A (my fav). These make excellent mics for backup & occasional lead vocals--especially since this is a switch model.tonefight wrote:I take it that's your fav mic you always recomend ?

The list ($169) and typical ($104) price on these mics isn't that cheap. This is just a blowout on factory restocks. I'm not aware of EV making anything outside the US, but its hard to tell anymore.
EDIT: I was curious about the factories, so I checked it out a little. According to this summary, EV is now based in MN and has factories in MI, TN and Ontario, Canada.

The only references I found with EV & China, Taiwan, Korea, etc are for people who import US EV products into those countries.
