They are in the process of obtaining the liquor lic. now and if everything goes smooth they will open late May or June of this year
The gentleman also said at the very latest December 2010
They will have different type of food and still promote live music
Still with the same name to....
How did I find out?
Well…. A friend and I was playing a round of golf there, the doors was open to Burgis with alot of cars and people going inside.
I said to the one guy who came in as we was leaving "its a shame this placed closed and would be really nice to see it open again” and then he proceeded to tell me the story.
I wasn’t convinced so I went back down the next day.
All the doors was open again and talked to a different guy and said they same thing.
.

They had some of the best subs made flown from the ceiling, but you could only get their effect in a few of the booths directly out from the stage.ZappasXWife wrote:Another live music venue is great...I hope they can do something about the acoustics in there though...they were awful.
Call me old fashioned, but I like subs on the floor getting that good 1/2 or 1/4 space omnipresence.

Actually from what I'm reading, flying the subs is the thing. Less hotspots, cancellation, and no power alley for the lows.lonewolf wrote:They had some of the best subs made flown from the ceiling, but you could only get their effect in a few of the booths directly out from the stage.ZappasXWife wrote:Another live music venue is great...I hope they can do something about the acoustics in there though...they were awful.

If a 10 square foot effect out pf a 2000 square foot room is what you want, then, I'd agree with you...otherwise, ... somebody must have screwed up on the hot spots.bsaller wrote:Actually from what I'm reading, flying the subs is the thing.
