My opinion on this one is like the one I have about the first one for Ben. I think it is crazy to even be able to sue if you don't file criminal charges. If they cant step up to the plate to file charges then shouldnt be able to just throw accusations around in a civil trial.

One of these days a celebrity that is found to be innocent in one of these civil trials needs to turn around and sue these gold diggers for everything they are worth ( even if it is not much at all). There should be a price to pay in this country if you accuse someone like this and lose the case. Sure would cut down on alot of this crap.

i think ben is counter suing the lady who made the first accusation. i think the Steelers need to party with jeff reed more, he will set all the cops straight
