He's super-focused, has excellent tone, and is absolutely fearless. I asked him before we went on if he was nervous, and he looked at me like I was nuts. "Why?"
We discovered him the last time we played there, he and his siblings knew every word to the songs on our demo. They had listened to them like little kids do: incessantly. Their mother begged us for a new recording because they were driving her crazy. I was very touched that such a nice family likes our music.--->JMS

We've invited him to play our early set at Smoked Country Jam this year. Talent like that has to be nurtured and applauded, plus, who doesn't love it when kids play music? We'd be crazy not to!
Oh yeah, ten minutes after he played this, he was falling asleep on his dad's lap, listening to bluegrass. That's the kind of thing little guys remember forever, those dreamy happy memories. One more reason why this music is so special. Life is good.--->JMS
