Saw VI

Post by witchhunt »

If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it. Good traps, good gore, and an easy to follow storyline that deals with a current issue and not a bad way to deal with it.

1-3 were great! 4 and 5 were stretching it a little though. One of these days, some friends and I are gonna have to get the entire series, and take 2 days of our pathetic existances and watch the first 5 all the way through

I think the first was the best, it was original and suspenseful. I understand why they wanted to make a second one and it was okay. Now it seems they feel bad for ending the movie in a twist so they have to come back and make another one, and another one, and another one, and another one etc etc etc. Someone told me they were books or something but i haven't looked into it to see if they were or not.
The script was written, and the villian was cast. The provocation needed, they will provide. They did it before, they'll do it again.

I cant agree with the Halloween 2 comment. I thought that 2 was terrible. The only thing I liked about it was how Brutal Michael Myers was. All The flashbacks ruined it for me.

That's cause the movie was a joke to Zombie. It was filmed in three days and the actors got to ad-lib half of their lines. WTF. That's why writers write and actors act.

So many people say that they heard bad things about a movie so they don't watch it. Everyone is different as far as taste goes. People have told me a lot of movies sucked and I didn't watch them but now that not many good plotted movies are coming out i've gone back to the movies people told me sucked and I thought most were good or ok. As far as Saw goes there will be 8 movies. This is confirmed from the writters and actors but Tobin Bell will only be in up to the 7th. I admire this series because I can't remember any horror film that has made it past the 5th movie in consecutive years.

I'm actually looking forward to ANOES. I usually don't go to the theater to see something unless it looks really good. I do Netflix which I consider almost free. That's why I'll check out almost anything. I am going to see The Wolfman for sure. It opens on my B-Day.

Don't waste your time on The House of the Devil. Most boring 90 minutes I've spent in a while.
