TRL is the single most mind-numbing piece of garbage ever concieved. If I were a religous fanatic, I would surely believe that TRL was an omen for the coming apocalypse.

I think TRL is probably responsible for that whole deal where female human beings put their hands over their heads and go "WOOOOO!!" every time they think a camera is on them.
Seriously, TRL is just this generation's American Bandstand. Mine was "Dance Party USA" which came from "American Dance Party" on one of the Philly UHF stations. Yeah I watched it... I was a teenaged boy, and there were teenaged girls on there in tight clothing gyrating madly. Let's just say it's a good thing it only takes one hand to work a remote. At work we usually get the Star Wars trailers way before they hit the TV screens, since we design and build digital cinema equipment.
But....
we just got a release and it wasn't for SW3. Instead we got the trailer for the Pixar movie "Cars" which is slated for a 2005 release. One of the voices on the animated trailer? Larry the Cable Guy. LOL.
... and then the wheel fell off.

Yeah, you knwo that "Rise Lord Vader" is probably the last line in the damn film, but it'll sure be a wild ride getting there. You can see the trailer online anywhere if you Google "Star Wars: Episode III Trailer".

They're doing a thing about George Lucas on this Sunday's 60 Minutes on CBS, and are supposed to be showing some clips from Ep. III.

I've been waiting soooo long to see Vader fall into the volcano. I first read about it in 1977 after seeing episode IV, almost 28 years ago.

Did anyone catch that site that was linked on Slashdot a week or so ago, that had all the leaked screen grabs, in order? That was damn cool, but a bit of a spoiler I guess. (I don't have the link, but I'm sure Lucas had it taken down by now anyway)

From the looks of the one scene, Anakin gets his revenge on Dooku, and slices both his hands off.

I can't believe that the time is about here! I remember saying wow to hearing that He was making "3 new movies" to go back and tell the story, seemed like forever ago. STAR WARS has been there for me since I've had memory!

I'm addicted to anything and everything Star Wars. Ask around...I'm a "fan"atic. I'm running out of space to store all of my toys. Now that the new movie is coming out, I've already started buying the preview figures. Only four figs. were to be released, but on Friday I spoted the new R2 and the new Mace Windu...hmmm...didn't say "Sneak Preview" on the packaging. Did some other figures leak into the "preview" figs? I'm also considering going to a three day Star Wars convention in Philly...June 3-5. Some original characters will be there...the people who played the characters...Vader, R2, C-3PO, and someone else.

Oh yeah...I just bought two Darth Taters. The Star Wars Mr. Potato Head who looks like Vader...very cool item!
