Thanks to all who attended and showed thier respect for the late great "Smick". It was a pleasure meeting those of you who I did not know, and an honor to play with the likes of; Mark and Mike (Despo's), Frank Genevese (Nomads), Denny "Chairman of the Board" Regan, Denny "DO" Owens, Ribbon Grass, Charney, Greg Cveykus (Itch), Dick Kos (Dakota Rose), Gene Sweeney. Thanks guys for having me, I hope that we do it again under happier circumstances.

I met Smick back in the mid 70's when he was with I Heard the Owl and jammed with him several times. Although I can't say we were close, I always held him in high esteem for his uncanny ability to always 'get it right' and keep the rest of us on track. It was a pleasure to see the music scene in Johnstown is still as great as ever and to share the stage with peers that I have respected and will always hold in the highest esteem. To Smick, 'Rock On Brother' and find us all a slot in the great gig in the sky!
