After watching the Florida Gators lose, I didn't think my weekend could get any better. The Steelers saw to it that I was wrong.
Pour me another one, cause I'll never find the silver lining in this cloud.

I was at that game, sitting on the end zone side, upper deck, with Oakland coming towards us. It looked like our secondary after the snap was just jogging backwards on the plays, not moving into a zone, or man to man, just moving backwards. It looked like a Madden game on easy!

Way to unleash hell guys!

they are starting to bench players this week.
The script was written, and the villian was cast. The provocation needed, they will provide. They did it before, they'll do it again.

Cleveland 13, Pittsburgh 6

What else can be said? Stick a fork in 'em...

To my way of thinking, there have got to be some problems in the locker room, in their minds, or something else. How does the team that beat Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings in early November go into the tank like this? Either there are chemistry problems on this squad, they're not buying what Coach Tomlin is selling, or, as one Steeler announcer speculated after the game, they're starting to get old.

Troy Palomalu said he wasn't sure if he would be back this season...At this point, he might as well cash it in and go on injured reserve, and get healed up for next year. It would take a total collapse of several other AFC teams for the Steelers to get to the postseason at this point.

I'll keep rooting for them. Hopefully they can beat the Ravens in a few weeks and drag them out of postseason contention.

it is in the locker room JP. from the offensive coaching to the qb. look at the faces of the guys on the feild. TEAM SPIRIT has left. they are missing a couple of things. 1. UNITY 2. HEART 3. THE DESIRE TO BE CHAMPIONS. a couple of them need to stop worring about their legacy and start playing STEELER FOOTBALL!!!!!!! COME ON LOSING TO THE CLOWNS!!!!! WTF!!!! it all goes back the camp cupcake. to be a champion you gotta train like one. training camp is nothing like it used to be when we had bill calling the shots. now that my bloodpressure just went up i'll stop now.
you can prick your fingure, but never fingure your.............get your mind outta the gutter.

Steelers Football has been dead the last two years. Definition of Steeler Football is run first to set up play action, and good defense. Last year horrible at running the football, they won their games in the air and defense. This year better at running still not Steeler football running but better, and a defense that looks like the Browns defense. They need to start playing to their strengths, which is good wide receivers. Yards after the catch is this groups strengths.

I think it's safe to say this season is officially over. They haven't lost to the Browns since 2003!

They may as well

1. Give #43 the rest of the year off so he can really heal and...
2. lose out for a higher draft slot to rebuild their O line.

Exactly. Next year they should have a healthy Troy and Aaron Smith. I think they should concentrate on drafting offensive linemen and defensive backs, particularly cornerbacks.

Bruce Arians needs to be canned ASAP. His play calling is suspect more often than not. Do they even have a fullback on the roster? The empty backfield crap tells the defense all they need to know and leaves Ben unprotected.

The announcers the last few weeks kept attributing all the sacks to Ben scrambling and holding the ball a long time. However, I see teams just push the offensive line right back into Ben most of the time. The special teams and poor tackling are a major problem. Plus, for the last few years (even under Cowher), they have had a habit of letting teams march right down the field late in the game and score. The only thing a prevent defense does is prevent the Steelers from winning. They should play defense at the end of the game with the same plan as the beginning of the game. The Steelers are supposed to have lots of depth on offense and defense but you would never know it. When they lose a key player or two, the rest of them collapse. Oh, well. Move up on the draft pick list.

I hate the Steelers, but I picked them to beat the Browns. This just proves that God loves me, it's been a great 5 weeks :)

That's just funny right thar!

And agreeable! It's rather ironic these days that, in my specific department at work, there are no actual Steeler fans. The rest of us get along fine

THIS WAS BOUND TO HAPPEN.

when I heard Big Ben say this isn't you fathers Steelers...?
and against the Browns when Mendenhall ran for 8 yds on 1st down then they Threw on the next 7 plays?

Tomlin won a super bowl with a team that cower built.

There is a Major Problem When the Steelers can't beat the Bengels, Chiefs, Browns and Raiders.

im just sick
