That video Rob, is from his campaign days, he was not president when that interview was made. The point of the scary "skyrocket" words was he was trying to make the point of the problem. The problem is quoted from Obama in the same interview, in the opening of this post.

As of yet, no reliable cost stats are available of the cap. Unfortunately, yes, the cost to make energy cleaner costs money. I thought you Republicans were concerned about the next generation ?
