JP, as much as I want to celebrate this...

I have a feeling that once the election is over, people are just going to keep bitching for days on end about who won.

This is for all our political posters.........

Dan Rather of CBS news was seated next to little Tommy on the plane when Rather turned to the boy and said, "Let's talk, I've heard that flights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passengers."

Little Tommy, who had just opened his book, closed it slowly, and said to Rather, "What would you like to discuss?"

"Oh, I don't know" said Rather, "How about politics? Should we keep Bush as president or elect Kerry?"

"OK" said Little Tommy, "That could be an interesting topic but let me ask you a question first. A horse, a cow and a deer all eat grass. The same stuff. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out flat patties, and a horse excretes clumps of dried grass. Why do you think that is?"

"Gee" said Rather, "I have no idea."

"Well then" said Little Tommy, "how is it you feel qualified to discuss who should run this country when you don't know shit?"

The kids and teachers in my school voted today (well, most of them). Final vote was 376 bush. 216 kerry. and 192 for pizza, 76 for chicken, 66 for mac n' cheese, 60 grilled cheese.
::sniffles:: 1 solitary vote for turkey and bows. guess who that was...

I also voted this morning before heading to work, and just for all of you that think I am a strict conservative or something, here is how I voted:

4 - Democrats
3 - Republicans
1 - Constitutional

I know many of you are tired of the political talk, but you should think about it. This could be one of the most important elections in our life time. History is being made. Sorry, but I think that is very important! (maybe not as important as ass soup, but it is still important  )

To my knowledge, John Kerry is the first candidate to run for the Presidency that has a ‘prenuptial’ agreement with his wife. Think about it: If John Kerry’s wife doesn’t trust him with her money, why should we trust him with ours?
Why is no one stressing this point:  If Kerry had his way, not only would Saddam still be in power, he'd still be in Kuwait!
“American elections and Iraq are linked tightly together. We’ve got to work to change the election, and we’ve done so. With our strikes, we’ve dragged Bush into the mud.”

- Terrorist Abu Jalal explaining what he and his band of brothers are doing in Iraq on behalf of their chosen candidate, John Kerry
Now you have to ask yourself just why would America-hating Islamic terrorists be against George Bush? Easy.  Because they fear him, that's why.  Because he has vowed to destroy them, and they believe him, that's why.  Terrorists like to be appeased, not destroyed.   They like to be given numerous chances to clean up their behavior, then slapped on the wrist when they keep chopping off innocent people's heads.  They know that they will get their way, that America will cower in fear, when John Kerry is elected president of the United States.

GO G.W. BUSH

I looked at a sample ballot for parts of Cambria County. How many of those democrats on your ballot were running unopposed?

In Cambria county, it is more efficient to vote straight democrat, then go back and vote for the races that actually have 2+ candidates.

Here it is 2004...election day...and to this day, no candidate has addressed the one issue that has been plaguing Americans for nearly 100 years. For all of our lives we have had to deal with the hotdog roll conspiracy. There are 8 rolls in a standard package, but yet, we have to deal with a roll shortage because a standard hotdog package contains 10 hotdogs. Oh, sure, you can get a dozen of those dinky little rolls, but those are inadequate for anything but the smallest of dogs. We need candidates with the guts to expose this artificial roll shortage and put an end to the conspiracy.

We also need to address the confusion our government perpetuates regarding the classification of certain vehicular infrastructure. Why do still DRIVE on PARKWAYS, and PARK on DRIVEWAYS. I blame it on PAC's and special interest groups.----->JMS

True, but it wouldn't matter. For example, Senator Wozniak will always get my vote, so would Rep Haluska.

And, I agree about the hot dog issue. I think it is time for some serious lobbying!!
